Welcome to Marv. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of marvclothing.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Marv ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

All prices displayed on our Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and offers at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Available payment methods may include:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Bank transfer

Digital wallet/payment services such as Easypaisa or NayaPay

Other payment methods displayed at checkout

For online payments, you agree to provide accurate payment information and complete the payment using the instructions provided at checkout.

For cash on delivery orders, payment is due to the delivery service when the order is delivered.

If a payment fails, cannot be verified, or is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, Marv reserves the right to cancel or hold the order.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order is not considered finally accepted until it has been confirmed by Marv.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

Repeated refused or unsuccessful deliveries

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Because some Marv products may be prepared for fulfillment shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change request can be accommodated once processing or production has begun.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be canceled through the order-processing system. Any applicable return or refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process orders within the timeframe stated on our Site or at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Courier availability

Weather conditions

Public holidays

Operational disruptions

Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been handed over to the relevant delivery partner, delays caused by the courier or other external circumstances may be outside Marv's control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and reachable contact number.

If a customer refuses a cash on delivery order or repeatedly fails to accept deliveries, Marv may restrict or refuse future COD orders.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and eligibility requirements are governed by our Refund Policy.

Where a return is permitted, products may be required to be:

Unwashed

Unused

In their original condition

Returned with original packaging and tags, where applicable

Certain products, promotional items, or products that cannot reasonably be returned may be excluded from returns where stated in our Refund Policy.

Purchasing a Marv product does not give you ownership of Marv's trademarks, artwork, graphics, or other intellectual property.
